Comden (Complete Design Electronics) is a German owned and managed corporation based in Nigeria providing leading-edge customized products, solutions and services in communications & information. Being among the market leaders, Comden has since 1991 earned a reputation for supplying satellite systems of uncompromising quality and performance. As a result of their consistent high standards, the company has been approved by Deutsche Welle and the German Ministry for Economic Collaboration and Development to implement a development-aid project in the media by supplying various Nigerian broadcasting stations with satellite systems. These stations are now transmitting a service in Hausa, which plays a major role in disseminating vital information on environmental issues to the local population.

Furthermore Comden has an active, high-profile sponsorship program supervised by the International Relations Department of the University of Hamburg, supporting environmental research on desertification in Northern Nigeria.
